It was good time in Ocho Rios. Premier king room had climate control, a private safe and a writing table, everything worked for us. Chef is the best ever! Hotel offered a huge variety meals for American breakfast.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments that fulfilled our relaxation needs. the outdoor saltwater pool was a plus, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas that allowed for maximum comfort. the location advantages were endless, with access to the beautiful beachfront and garden area. the restaurant, with its exclusive menu selection, provided in-room breakfast that catered to our high-end desires.
The hotel only had one minor issue, the live entertainment was not up to our standards.
However, the overall experience surpassed this small detail, and we cannot wait to return to this venue for our next beach vacation.

The staff were pleasant and attentive, probably the best I've ever encountered on my Christmas vacations. They offered complementary welcome drinks and chocolates upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was also a plus.
The room was not up to standards, especially for the price.
The bathroom was small and outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable.
